1. Prepare a trial production order and draw up drawings

Preparation of trial production order: BOM of samples, estimation of materials used, step-by-step analysis of production process, and estimation of process time.

Drawing: Convert customer drawings into versions suitable for production personnel or suppliers.

2. Analysis and improvement of production defects

Analyze the reasons (human, machine, material, method, environment, measurement), propose improvement plans and verify them, and summarize them to obtain a report

3. Standardization documents for production line operations

Preparation of production process documents, including documents related to the process design of the third stage of product development APQP, preparation of work instructions for the production site, follow-up of actual operation situations and timely revision, so that production personnel (especially new employees) can complete their work safely and with high quality according to the work instructions.
